Web Design Ipswich Suffolk
If you have been following our recent social media and blog updates you will understand how important regular blogging on your company website is not just for your audience but also for effective SEO and general business visibility.
When I talk to clients about blogging, they see the benefits and are keen to take action but most find it difficult to think of things to talk about.

It’s just a case of thinking outside the box and being creative, a good place to start is to have a look at what your competitors are talking about, not to copy them but just to get some ideas and see what’s working and what’s not. Another good thing to do is talk to your existing clients to see what they would be interested to learn more about.

If you are regularly developing new products and services, then blogging is a great way to promote these to a wider audience with regular updates and development news. A blog can also be used to promote and share client case studies, testimonials and success stories.

I also think it important to be social when blogging so not all work, work, work, if you have social activities within your business or you support a local charity then these are great things to talk about. You could create a bio about a particular member of your team if they are embarking on a big adventure or supporting a good cause.

I would recommend blogging on your website at least once a month to keep it current and in date. A good blog should contain at least 300 – 500 words, contain a couple of high-quality images, internal links and an external link if possible.

If you have the ability to add a short video, then this would also be recommended.

The good news is that it’seeze websites (Max & Shop) come with a brilliant integrated blogging solution making it super easy for clients to update their own websites 24/7.

You can even access our on-site image gallery so if you are stuck for a picture, we’ve got that covered too.
