Designer's Favourite

It was time to update the original website with a fresher, more up-to-date design that would fully reflect the new services on offer. Imagery is a huge part of the design’s effectiveness, with full-width macro shots of cakes and desserts dotted throughout to show website visitors exactly what’s on offer.  

 

These appear not just in the banners but in various content sections too, where diagonal framing and differing opacity levels make for an interesting user journey down the page. Illustrated patterned backgrounds and full colour icons also make an appearance – these not only enhance the visual appeal of the website, but also add an element of fun to the overall design.
